3 cups flour, 1 cup water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dry yeast, 1 tbsp olive oil. Knead dough and let it rest
Finely chop and mix all topping ingredients
Roll dough into thin circles
Spread topping evenly over dough
Bake at 250°C (480°F)
Remove when edges are crispy
Serve with lemon and parsley
